No, our platform is completely free for students and recent graduates. Our mission is to provide opportunity, especially to those from economically deprived backgrounds, not barriers.
This is our ultimate goal! If a project rollout succeeds, our participating graduates will be offered the opportunity to become full-time employees or contractors to continue leading and building the product.
Students apply for projects that interest them. Mentors and project leads review applications based on academic background, technical potential, and a demonstrated passion for the project's mission.
We recommend mentors dedicate 2–4 hours per week. This typically includes one team check-in call and asynchronous support via our platform.
