Yet, these two groups are often separated by a chasm of corporate structures and entry-level requirements that stifle true potential.
We saw students with game-changing ideas get lost in the system, and industry veterans who wanted to give back but lacked a meaningful way to do so. We knew there had to be a better way.
This platform was born from that conviction. It was created not just as a business, but as an incubator to bridge that gap. We are a team of educators, technologists, and business leaders who believe that the most powerful force for innovation is collaboration.
Our mission is to create the ecosystem we wished we had when we started our own careers—a place where experience fuels ingenuity, and together, they build the future.
